1

In-Platform Support

In the Playground (playground.delaverse.ai), click the Ticket button at the top-right to access the ticketing page.
Select “Feedback” for issues or suggestions, or “Feature Request” for new capabilities.
Fill out the form with workflow name, node type, issue description, and optional screenshots.
Submit in Persian for faster processing by the local support team who understand cultural context.
2

24/7 Chatbot Assistance

Access the chatbot via the Knowledge Base (playground.delaverse.ai/knowledge), Telegram (t.me/delaaibot), or the Support Bot button in the Playground’s top-left menu.
For feedback, type «می‌خواهم بازخورد بدهم» or “I want to submit feedback.”
For feature requests, say «می‌خواهم درخواست ویژگی جدید بدهم» or “I want to request a new feature.”
Follow the guided prompts to provide detailed descriptions and context.
3

Custom Development Requests

For custom node development or zero-to-hundred workflow creation, contact us via the chatbot (t.me/delaaibot or Knowledge Base widget) or ticketing system.
In the chatbot, say «درخواست توسعه نود سفارشی» or «درخواست ساخت ورکفلو» to initiate. The chatbot will confirm and create a ticket.
In the ticketing system, select “Custom Development” and describe your needs.
Our team will provide a requirements form, issue an invoice, and begin development after payment, regardless of your subscription plan.

Understanding Submission Types

Knowing the difference between feedback, feature requests, and custom development requests helps you choose the right submission type and provide effective input for our team:

Feedback Submission

Reports on existing features, bug reports, usability issues, performance concerns, or suggestions for improvements.

Example Submissions:

Error messages in AI Assistant Node need clarification.
Scheduler Node performance issues with 6-hour intervals.
Node setup complexity for non-technical users.
API response handling improvements needed.

Best Practice

Include specific workflow names, node types, error messages, and screenshots to help our team reproduce and resolve issues quickly.

Feature Requests

Proposals for new capabilities, additional nodes, integrations, or enhancements to existing tools, benefiting the broader community.

Example Submissions:

Integration node for Trello in project management workflows.
Persian voice input for AI Assistant Nodes.
Local stock market API integration node.
UX improvements for better navigation.

Best Practice

Explain the business need, provide specific use cases, and describe how the feature would benefit your workflows and the community.

Custom Development Requests

Requests for tailored node development or complete workflow creation, available for a fee regardless of subscription plan.

Example Submissions:

Custom node for integrating with a local Iranian payment gateway.
Zero-to-hundred workflow for automating crypto portfolio analysis.
Custom analytics node for lead scoring.

Best Practice

Provide detailed requirements (e.g., workflow goals, integration needs) via chatbot or ticket. Complete the requirements form sent by our team for accurate development.

Effective Communication Examples

Learning to communicate effectively ensures your feedback gets the attention it deserves. Compare these examples to understand what makes submissions actionable:

text
CollapseWrap
Copy
❌ Poor Feedback Example:
"It doesn't work"

✅ Excellent Feedback Example:
"نود پیامک در ورکفلو مدیریت لیدها پیام ارسال نمی‌کند و خطای 403 می‌دهد."

Translation: "The SMS Node in my lead management workflow isn’t sending messages and gives a 403 error."

❌ Poor Feature Request:
"Add more integrations"

✅ Excellent Feature Request:
"لطفاً یک نود برای اتصال به Trello در ورکفلوهای مدیریت پروژه اضافه کنید."

Translation: "Please add a Trello integration node for project management workflows."

❌ Poor Custom Development Request:
"Build me a workflow"

✅ Excellent Custom Development Request:
"نیاز به یک ورکفلو برای مدیریت خودکار لیدها با استفاده از مدل RFM و ارسال پیامک دارم."

Translation: "I need a workflow for automated lead management using the RFM model and SMS notifications."

Why These Work Better:

Specific context (e.g., lead management workflow, project management).
Exact node identification (e.g., SMS Node).
Clear problem or need (e.g., 403 error, Trello integration).
Uses Persian for better local context.
Actionable requests that teams can implement.

Best Practices for Maximum Impact

Be Detailed and Specific

Include workflow names, node types, specific scenarios, and exact error messages rather than vague descriptions.

Prioritize Community Impact

Highlight how your feedback or feature request benefits your workflow and the broader Delaverse community.

Test and Verify First

For feedback, ensure the issue persists after checking settings. For features, confirm functionality isn’t already available.

Follow Up Appropriately

Monitor your submissions via the ticketing system and provide additional context when requested.

For Custom Development

Clearly outline requirements in the chatbot or ticket. Complete the requirements form promptly to initiate the invoicing and development process.
